This place suits me perfectly, providing free wifi, a flat-screen TV, and a game room. The staff even helped return my forgotten jewelry on my first stay. I recommend enjoying the hot tub. I'm returning for Christmas!

    comfy beds
    welcoming atmosphere
    full kitchen
    poor housekeeping
    hot tub
    ventilation issue

I enjoyed my stay at Ute Bluff Lodge. The beds in the cabin were comfy, which made it easy to relax after a day of hiking. The hot water in the shower was plentiful, a real plus after a long day outdoors. Having a full kitchen allowed us to cook meals easily. The outdoor areas were lovely, perfect for enjoying evenings together. I appreciated the friendly service. the owners were welcoming and attentive. However, the hot tub needed some work. it felt worn and less inviting. The lack of daily cleaning service was disappointing for a two-week stay. I had to organize my own towels and bedding, which was a hassle. Also, the door to our room lacked ventilation, making it a bit stuffy sometimes. Overall, the location made up for the shortcomings. it was ideal for our outdoor activities, including hiking and fishing nearby. I'd recommend it, especially for those traveling with dogs, but suggest they improve housekeeping and the hot tub situation.

    great location

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Queen Room. The rooms were very clean with soft, plush cotton towels. The manager was welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the shady trees and fire pit outside. The close proximity to the river was a bonus! 🌳

    beautifully maintained lodge
    accessibility issue
    limited seating

I felt so welcomed at Ute Bluff Lodge, Cabins & Rv Park. The lodge is quaint and rustic but beautifully maintained, with charming outdoor areas perfect for connecting with nature. The owners made me feel like family during my stay.

More accessible seating in common areas would be nice.

    Charming Stay in Nature

We enjoyed a peaceful 14-night stay, soaking in beautiful views from our cabin. The nature trail offered breathtaking scenery, and the rustic charm added to our experience. For future guests, bring extra supplies like toiletries and snacks, as the amenities can be minimal.

    noisy cabin

Had an awesome one-night stay in a cozy cabin where the kids loved the hot tub and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit. The outdoor grill was a nice touch, even though we didn’t use it, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Just a bit noisy from nearby cabins, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

    outdated decor

I recently spent two weeks at this lovely lodge where the clean, comfy queen room had a fantastic memory foam mattress. The hot tub was a cozy escape after exploring, and the rec room had excellent Wi-Fi. I'd definitely stay here again!

    Cozy family cabin in nature

Plenty of space for the whole fam and our big dog. The kids had their own beds, and the master bedroom was super comfy with a nice shower. Loved the hot tub, and the staff was so nice. Just wish the kitchen had a little more counter space.

    Families will love this place.

The hospitality was really notable. The room was impeccably clean, the shower was hot, and the beds were very comfy. Plus, we enjoyed using the outdoor hot tub to unwind after a long day.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

    huge bath sheets

Just an excellent fit for a city escape in South Fork with fantastic value for money. The bath sheets in our cabin were huge, super soft, and crisp white, making shower time feel special. If you have a pet, the nature trail nearby is great for morning walks.

    rec room
    kitchen essentials
    housekeeping issues

The rec room served as a perfect spot for our large group to hang out after a day on the slopes, allowing for games and camaraderie. Each cabin features practical kitchens equipped with essentials, making it easy to prepare meals and unwind comfortably.

Housekeeping services fell short during our two-week stay. I had to change my own bedding and track down fresh towels from the office. The cabin lacked air conditioning, and the provided fan barely worked—my partner had to fix it for it to circulate any air at all. Additionally, some amenities, like the hot tub, showed signs of wear and didn't invite use. The lighting around the stairs was also poorly timed, leaving us in the dark for too long at night, which felt unsafe.

    outdoor hot tub
    clean room
    rec room activities
    limited family activities

We had a fantastic time enjoying the rec room with games and watching movies together. The outdoor hot tub was a hit, especially after a day of fun skiing nearby at Wolf Creek Ski Area. My son loved the cozy cabin atmosphere, and everything was neat and tidy.

My kids wished for a few more family-friendly activities on-site.
